During this period, Chiefs will form Squads and participate in the following five events to accumulate Apex Stones: Mobius Peak, Tribe Day, Axemaster Trial, Arena, and Sacred Crucible. The top 8 teams with the most total Apex Stones will advance and win great prizes, including a 5-day, 4-night stay at a luxury hotel, dinner, round-trip air tickets to Incheon, exclusive merchandise, and in-game items.
[Offline Tournament in Incheon]:
The top 8 qualifying teams will arrive in Incheon, South Korea on August 27. After 2 days of rest and relaxation, the ultimate battle will commence on August 29.

Team Formation Rules
1. Creating/Joining a Squad: You can create and register a Squad on this webpage, and share the Squad for others to join. Alternatively, you can search for the name of a Squad you'd like to join and tap to join it directly.
2. Changing Squads: You can freely leave or join Squads until 23:59, April 17 (UTC). After this time, leaving a Squad will no longer be allowed. However, if you are not in a Squad, you may still join one.
3. Apex Stones belong to the individual. If you leave a Squad, your portion of Apex Stones will be deducted from the Squad's total Apex Stone count. Once you join a new Squad, your Apex Stones will be added to the new Squad's total count.
Selection Rules

All three members of your Squad must attend the offline competition. Failure to do so will result in your Squad's qualification being revoked and offered to the next Squad in the rankings. Revoked qualification slots will not be replaced with any in-game items or physical rewards.
4. Upon confirming your participation, we will request your personal information—such as real name, age, passport details, email address, etc.—through in-game mail to book your round-trip flight tickets and hotel accommodations. This information will be used exclusively for this purpose. Please note that once confirmed, your information cannot be changed. Players are responsible for any consequences or losses caused by failing to confirm information on time or providing incorrect details.
5. The 2025 IGG World Championship Grand Finals will be held in Incheon, South Korea. Please prepare all necessary travel documents such as your entry visa and passport in advance.
Apex Stone Calculation Rules
1. Mobius Peak: During the event period, participate in the in-game Mobius Peak event (open from 4/8-4/11 and 4/21-4/23 UTC) to obtain Apex Stones. If you participate in the event multiple times during this period, only your highest-scoring performance will be used for the calculation.
Calculation rules: A fixed amount of Apex Stones is exchangeable for each round completed, and the total sum will be calculated accordingly. For example, if you reach round 32 in a Mobius event, the number of Apex Stones earned will be calculated as follows: (19 x 0) +(10 x 40) + (3 x 60) = 580.
2. Tribe Day: From April 7 to April 8, the Tribe Day Treasure Hunt event will be open in the game. Points earned during the Tribe Day Treasure Hunt will be converted into Apex Stones based on the following formula:
Calculation Rules: Number of Apex Stones = Event Points × Weightage
Examples:
If you earn 150 points, the number of Apex Stones earned will be: 150 × 4 = 600
If you earn 450 points, the number of Apex Stones earned will be: 450 x 5 = 2,250

Arrangements and Notes for the World Championship
I. Acquisition of Spectators Tickets
1. Viking Rise will launch an event to obtain spectator tickets. Lucky Chiefs will be selected to win the tickets. Stay tuned!

II. Arrangements for Contestants
1. Event Venue
Contestants will be provided with free 5-day, 4-night accommodation at the INSPIRE Entertainment Resort, round-trip airfare, and airport transfer services.
2. Itinerary (all times are in local time)
(1) Travel Times
Players are expected to arrive on August 27, 2025, and depart on August 31, 2025. We will arrange transportation to the hotel. Players are advised to plan their travel in advance to avoid schedule conflicts.
(2) Special Dinner
We will organize various events, including a dinner, as part of the itinerary. Please refer to official notices for the specific timings of these events.
(3) Competition Time
August 29, 2025
3. Competition Rules
(1) A dedicated server will be set up for the competition. The game version and the in-game disabled functions and settings will be based on the actual competition server.
(2) All players will use accounts with the same configuration (max-level Heroes with all Talents and Skills unlocked, without Equipment or Mounts) for the showdown. Players will be given sufficient time before the match to save their account configurations, eliminating the need for repeated setups in subsequent rounds.
(3) The competition will be conducted in Sacred Crucible mode (adjusted according to the latest in-game version, with sufficient time for players to test before the match). Each match will last 15 minutes, with 5 minutes of preparation time allocated to players before the match.
(4) Format: 2 matches, with the total points of each team from both matches determining the ranking and awards. In case of equal total points, the final ranking will be determined based on the online selection ranking.
4. Competition Schedule (all times are in local time)
*The competition will take place in Incheon, South Korea on August 29, 2025. We reserve the right to adjust the competition's time based on actual conditions at the venue.
5. Special Circumstances
If there are fewer than 8 total Squads on the day of the competition, matches will be adjusted accordingly. Please follow instructions at the venue.
6. Event Regulations
(1) If all members of a Squad are absent just before the first match begins, they will be disqualified from that match. If only some Squad members are absent, the final cash rewards the Squad wins will be given to Squad members who are present.
(2) If a contestant withdraws midway through the competition due to personal reasons, the remaining Squad members can help to finish the remaining matches.
(3) In cases of device issues or severe network fluctuations during the match, contestants may inform a referee on duty. After evaluation by the event staff, a rematch may be arranged.
(4) If a player's device malfunctions during the match, they may ask staff for a replacement device promptly.
(5) If there is a network interruption of more than 3 minutes during a match, we reserve the right to decide whether a rematch is warranted.
(6) In case of server or game bugs during the match, we reserve the right to decide whether a rematch is warranted.
(7) If other issues arise during the competition, we reserve the right to decide whether a rematch is warranted.
(8) If an official rematch is required due to special circumstances, we reserve the right to the final interpretation.
(9) If a rematch is confirmed, points compensated will be calculated based on the time of the anomaly. Details can be found in the "Contestant's Handbook."
(10) For other matters, the mechanics of points compensated for a rematch, and supplementary details, refer to the the relevant regulations in the officially issued "Contestant's Handbook". We reserve the right to the final interpretation.
7. Code of Conduct
During the event, players should prioritize friendship, observe etiquette, and maintain legal and compliant behavior. We reserve the right to modify or delete content and impose penalties, including warnings, bans, muting, match suspensions, match forfeitures, or permanent bans, for rule violations. We also reserve the right to disqualify players/Squads. Take note of the following actions that will be subject to the penalties mentioned.
(1) Inappropriate behavior and speech by players during the competition.
(2) Posting taunting or insulting remarks against opponents on any platform (including discrimination, provocation, or verbal abuse).
(3) Posting unverified remarks on any community platform without the organizer's permission, damaging the brand and image of Viking Rise.
(4) Engaging in any improper gaming behavior during the match, including but not limited to violating local laws and regulations, involving inappropriate content, discrimination, provocation, promoting other games, infringing on others' legal rights, or violating public order, and violating good morals.

2. Reward Distribution Rules
(1) Crystal rewards will awarded based on ranking, and evenly distributed to each Squad member's registered game account.
(2) Cash rewards will be evenly distributed to each member in the Squad according to the rules at the venue.
3. Tribe Celebration Award
Each contestant from the 8 qualifying Squads can designate a Tribe in advance. After the World Championship, we will send a Tribe Celebration Award to each designated Tribe via in-game mail. Tribe Leaders can claim the reward. If two or more contestants designate the same Tribe, the Tribe will receive the award once. This is to ensure a wider distribution of the award.
IV. Other Matters
(1) This event is hosted by IGG SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.. All prize winners shall bear the taxes on the cash prizes, and shall declare and pay the taxes to the respective authorities in their countries.
(2) These event rules are part of the "Terms of Service" (log in to the game - Settings - Help - Terms of Service). We will strictly adhere to the Privacy Policy. The information you provide will only be used for reward distribution. By participating in this event, you agree to the official event rules and consent to us collecting your information to provide to third-party service providers for prize arrangements.
(3) In case of force majeure leading to event interruption or termination, we reserve the right to make any changes, including rescheduling the event or conducting matches online.
(4) We reserve the right to use participants' images (for event participation, media interviews, etc.), Squad names, and players' character names for event-related content production and promotion. If you have any questions, contact us through in-game customer service or customer service email.
(5) To ensure the fairness and transparency of the event, refrain from engaging in illegal or disruptive behaviors. If you are found to have committed this violation, we will revoke your eligibility and rewards.
(6) To ensure fair competition and the integrity of the event, we may modify or supplement these rules at any time based on actual circumstances. Matters not fully explained or with omissions in these rules will be officially clarified or supplemented. We reserve the right to publish and implement these modifications or supplements via mail, e-announcements, announcements on paper, or any other appropriate means.
